We just released the Common Paper Pilot Agreement, a standard contract designed for B2B SaaS companies looking for a contract to provide a paid or unpaid trials for prospects and customers. Like all of our standard agreements, this was created by a committee of >45 commercial attorneys and is available for free under a Creative Commons license. We're excited to release a new beta feature in Common Paper that allows users to upload any agreement, have it analyzed and then be able to ask questions about it. Customers are able to ask any question and get a generated response, as well as suggested follow up questions. Markdown Table Support
We're pleased to announce that we've added full support for Markdown tables in any of our fields that currently support Markdown. Markdown tables provide a way to produce more sophisticated descriptions of products, fee breakdowns, and other tabular data you may want to include. Support for Any Agreement in Negotiation Hub
Negotiation Hub now supports uploading any agreement into Common Paper, not just agreements that originated in the application. For Common Paper agreements, the report automatically compares the uploaded terms with the appropriate standard terms to let you know how the contract differs from the standard. Saving Default Messages on Templates
We've released a new feature that allows Common Paper users to save a default email message on agreement templates. Negotiation Hub Reports
We're proud to release into a beta this new feature that allows Common Paper users to analyze redlined versions of their agreements. The report compares the imported file against the original agreement and detects any changes to the Cover Page and Standard Terms and provides an AI generated summary of the impact of each change. Additionally, users can ask questions about each change and receive an AI generated response. Negotiation hub reports are automatically saved and accessible on each agreement's history page. Email Ingestion

Expired Agreement Request Enhancement
We've released a minor change today that makes it easier to change or remove the expiration date from agreement requests that have expired. When these agreements are listed on the agreement list page, users can now click on 'Request Expired' to immediately access the agreement settings to change or remove the date. Single Signer Support
We're excited to announce support for having only a single signer when using our signing solution for uploaded documents. This new feature allows for either an internal or external signer for a document, and leverages all the existing signing features including automated reminders and expiration dates. This is a great option when a counterparty has supplied a pre-signed agreement and is asking for you to apply signatures, or in a situation where only your counterparty needs to sign. Duplicating Agreements
