We just released the Common Paper Software License Agreement, a standard contract designed for B2B software products that are locally deployed / bring your own cloud / on-prem. Like all of our standard agreements, this was created by a committee of >45 commercial attorneys and is available for free under a Creative Commons license. That committee’s work was informed by feedback from founders and sales leaders.
You can use the agreement right now in Common Paper. Just navigate to the Templates page and select Software License Agreement. As with all of our agreements, you can download the Software License Agreement for free from the Common Paper app or on our website. There’s also a free guided interview that helps you fill out your Software License template step by step.
