Rich Text Editing in Agreements
We've added a rich text editor to all textarea fields across Common Paper agreements, making it easier to edit and format agreement text without writing markdown by hand. When drafting or editing any agreement, you can now toggle between a visual editor and the traditional plain text markdown editor depending on your preference. The visual editor lets you apply formatting like bold and italic text, add links, and see your changes take shape in real time - so what you see while editing is exactly what will appear in the final agreement. Full contract analysis for redlined agreement in Gerri
We've added the ability to run a full contract analysis on any document in Gerri, giving users a comprehensive review with flag violations alongside the standard redline analysis. When uploading a document, users can now choose between a full contract review or a redline review depending on what they need. Gerri API
We're excited to announce that the Gerri API is now available, giving users programmatic access to their Gerri data and workflows. Users can generate API keys in the app and start working with endpoints for reviews, redlines and flags and create playbooks and playbook rules. Through the API, users can take action on flags and redline evalutions, suggest counterproposals on redlines, and change up playbook rules. Common Paper API and Claude Skill updates
We're excited to announce a major update to the Common Paper API! You can now programmatically manage all of your agreement templates through our REST API, including operations for NDAs, Cloud Service Agreements, Design Partner Agreements and more. Additionally, we've released an updated Claude skill that provides access to all of these resources, complete with an onboarding mode to help you get started and create multiple templates at once. Review and Rules Search for Gerri
We've added the ability to search your reviews and playbook rules in Gerri. Users can now quickly find reviews and specific rules by searching for filenames, rule names, descriptions, actions, or any keyword within their playbook. This makes it easier to navigate your agreement reviews and manage larger playbooks, helping you find the exact agreement or rule you need without scrolling through your entire playbook. Draft Email Response in Gerri
We've just launched new capability in Gerri for both redlined and clean agreement reviews that help users draft an email to their counterparty outlining confirmed issues and rejected redlines. Once a review has completed and a user has identified concerns with a contract, Gerri will draft an email with those concerns that can be copied and pasted directly into an email. Users can also ask Gerri (through a chat interface) to adjust the text to account for different tone, style or just to change the content. Gerri Counterproposal Support

Flagging Issues in Gerri
We've enhanced our clean agreement reviews feature to now include flag violations that are automatically generated from your playbook rules. When reviewing agreements, users can now see potential issues flagged by the system and take direct action by either confirming the violation as a problem that needs attention or accepting it to move forward. This addition helps streamline the review process by surfacing potential concerns early and allowing teams to make informed decisions about how to handle each flagged item. Review Item Reassignment for Gerri

Self-Service Bulk PDF Export
We've added the ability for users to export a zip file containing all of their account's PDFs. The export respects your dashboard filters, so you can easily download only signed agreements, in-progress documents, CSAs, or any other filtered set of agreements. Simply select your desired filters and initiate the export - you'll receive a message confirmation and an email with a download link shortly after.
