We’ve released a minor update to the Common Paper Design Partner Agreement standard terms.
Here is the summary of changes:
- Section 1.2 – add space after “Provider’s” in first sentence (before “customers or users”)
- Section 5.3 – change “Disclosing Party” to “Discloser”
- Section 7.5 – add space after first 2 instances of “Partner”
