We’ve released a small feature that allows Common Paper users to create a new agreement without automatically emailing their recipient. There are a few use cases for this:
- A softer introduction of Common Paper – Some users want to be able to send a personal email to their recipient introducing Common Paper and the agreement. Users can combine this new feature with our shareable links to achieve this.
- Sending a PDF / DOCX file instead of using the Common Paper process – In those cases where a recipient wants to negotiate or review a PDF/DOCX rather than use the system, users can create the agreement, download the documents, negotiate back and forth via email, and then upload the negotiated document and leverage our sign uploaded documents feature to complete the deal.
This new feature is available now under the Advanced Send Options when sending a new agreement.
