We just released the Common Paper Pilot Agreement, a standard contract designed for B2B SaaS companies looking for a contract to provide a paid or unpaid trials for prospects and customers. Like all of our standard agreements, this was with feedback from a committee of >45 commercial attorneys and is available for free under a Creative Commons license. That committee’s work was informed by feedback from founders and sales leaders.
As with all of our agreements, you can download the Pilot Agreement for free from the Common Paper app or on our website. We plan to add the agreement to the Common Paper application in the future.
