We’re proud to release into a beta this new feature that allows Common Paper users to analyze redlined versions of their agreements. The report compares the imported file against the original agreement and detects any changes to the Cover Page and Standard Terms and provides an AI generated summary of the impact of each change. Additionally, users can ask questions about each change and receive an AI generated response. Negotiation hub reports are automatically saved and accessible on each agreement’s history page.
