We’re excited to release a new feature that allows users to chat directly with Gerri to help create and modify rules in the playbook, which speeds up the rule creation process. This new chat window appears when creating a rule and leads users through a few questions before suggesting a draft rule for consideration. Users can then ask for modifications before finally accepting the suggestion. It’s available both for new and existing rules.
