We’ve enhanced our clean agreement reviews feature to now include flag violations that are automatically generated from your playbook rules. When reviewing agreements, users can now see potential issues flagged by the system and take direct action by either confirming the violation as a problem that needs attention or accepting it to move forward. This addition helps streamline the review process by surfacing potential concerns early and allowing teams to make informed decisions about how to handle each flagged item. Soon we’ll add support for automatically drafting response emails to counterparties and counterproposals.
