We’ve just launched new capability in Gerri for both redlined and clean agreement reviews that help users draft an email to their counterparty outlining confirmed issues and rejected redlines. Once a review has completed and a user has identified concerns with a contract, Gerri will draft an email with those concerns that can be copied and pasted directly into an email. Users can also ask Gerri (through a chat interface) to adjust the text to account for different tone, style or just to change the content. This new functionality helps Gerri users quickly respond to their counterparties and keep negotiations on track.
