We’re thrilled to announce the release of our new Common Paper AI Addendum, a modular add-on to our Cloud Service Agreement and our Software License Agreement that allows users to provide a more fine-grained explanation of how customer data will be used with AI. Like all of our standard agreements, this was created by a committee of >45 commercial attorneys and is available for free under a Creative Commons license. That committee’s work was informed by feedback from founders and sales leaders.
There are two ways you can use the AI addendum – as a standalone agreement to be signed after a CSA or Software License agreement is in place, or as an add-on to a new agreement. The AI Addendum is supported in the Common Paper app, or can be downloaded for free from our website.
