We’ve added initial support for clean (non-redlined) agreements in Gerri. This new feature accepts both DOCX and PDF agreements and provides a set of summaries of key positions. Users can customize the topics and questions used for the summary to better provide the information most important to them. Additionally, users can chat with Gerri to answer any questions about the agreement. This new feature is perfect for quickly understanding the key terms and provisions in any agreement, whether it’s a customer contract being reviewed or a template being considered.
