We’re excited to announce the ability to generate counterproposals for contract redlines in Gerri. When analyzing your customer’s changes, Gerri can now automatically suggest and insert counterproposals directly into your processed document. Users also have the ability to suggest counterproposals and adjust suggestions from Gerri. This feature helps streamline negotiations by providing immediate alternative language suggestions.
