When reviewing agreements initiated by your customers, you can now generate suggested redlines and counterproposals directly within Common Paper. The counterproposals are viewable in the web app, and you can download a DOCX file with the applied redlines for easy sharing with your legal team or customers. This feature streamlines the negotiation process by helping you respond more efficiently to customer-initiated agreements.
