An experienced attorney with deep expertise in tech transactions, she has practiced at Reed Smith, Gunderson Dettmer, Uber, and Lime. Tiffany was the first attorney supporting Uber Eats, overseeing all commercial work from its inception to a $2 billion run rate. She received her Doctorate of Law from UC Davis and is a member of the California Bar Association.
